NZ Tertiary Recreation Managers Conference 2017 - 29th of November to 1st of December 2017 - Christchurch

An exciting opportunity is available for those working in tertiary recreation, fitness and wellbeing to hear speakers from around the world discuss these subjects at Canterbury University.

The first session is titled "What’s really going on? The contemporary realities of mental health and illness for tertiary students in Aotearoa/NZ", presented by Dr Chris Taua and Paula Rontree from the Mental Health Education and Resource Centre. 

Further sessions include topics such as social and content marketing, "Mauri tū, mauri ora – the power of the proverbial", effective use of technology, student perspectives and an interactive city tour with Gapfiller.
